How long is shipping ?

All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours to ensure timely delivery. For UK-based customers, we utilise RoyalMail 1st Class, with delivery typically taking 1-3 days. International orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 days.

Do you offer international shipping?
 
Yes we do! All international shipping options come with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please note that the delivery date range provided by carriers is an estimate. Taxes, duties, or custom fees applied by international countries are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not accountable for these charges. Delays in shipping caused by customs or package inspections by international countries are beyond our control.

How can I track my order?
 Every order is provided a tracking number, you will be emailed a link to track your order. You can also track your order on our website on the tracking page.

 

Why is my shipment status unchanged?
 Updates on your tracking information occur when your package is handed over to the next area of delivery, so if your tracking status has not changed in a while, it just means it is still in transit and it will update at the next moment it is scanned

I received the wrong item or damaged
