SHIPPING & HANDLING
Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. All payments must be made with your own credit card and with adequate funds to make them. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. Your order will be immediately suspended or cancelled if you breach these terms and conditions.
Delivery, Packaging, and Transit Times:
All orders are shipped from our UK office to ensure the highest standard.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders take up to 72hours to be processed due to regulatory- standard fraud checks..
How long does shipping take?
UK: 1-3 working days
Europe Tracked and Signed: 4-5 working days
Rest of the World: 3-6 working days .
Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number via email to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive your parcel within 14 to 21 days, please let us know immediately so that we can raise an investigation. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate before 14 days due to the policies defined by the shippers. We sympathise with those who experience delayed or lost parcels and can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. However, please be advised SHANISTYLES cannot be held liable for this, as it is beyond our control.
For overseas orders, you may have to pay a customs duty; this depends on the law of your country. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system, as this is beyond our control.
Ordering:
To place an order, simply select the items and their quantity to add them to the shopping basket. Confirm that you are choosing the correct colour bag. You have to add at least one address to select it as your billing and delivery address. The billing address has to be the address where your credit or debit card is registered. Please make sure that you provide all the correct details for a successful order to avoid any delays.
Payments:
We offer a variety of payment methods via our site. The quickest method to pay is to pay online by using your credit or debit cards. For a successful order, the payment transaction has to be approved by the bank. It is important to know that the delivery charges are based on the weight of the item. Your card will automatically be charged at the time of checkout. This is a secure and automated process handled by the square. Please note that we accept all debit and credit cards.
Insurance :
We suggest getting an insurance policy that will help protect your package in the event that it is lost or stolen. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail-carrying series. Once it leaves SHANISTYLES it is no longer responsible for any items going missing.
